We are seeking applicants who are professional, committed, and caring individuals who have the ability to provide an inclusive and inspiring living environment for our young people.  Ideally, successful candidates should have experience of working with children and young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties and possess or be working towards an HNC in Social Care (or equivalent) and SVQ3/4 in Social Care.  Our roles are challenging and rewarding and we offer a comprehensive training program which offers a great opportunity for career progression within the organisation. 

We are also keen to hear from you if you are interested in working in residential care but you may not necessarily have the qualifications or experience for the role.  You may have the passion and drive for working with young people that we are looking for and have transferable skills and qualities from your life experience to enable you to make a difference in the lives of the young people in our care.
